Re: February Question of the Month - Join the conversation and receive a badge
Happy February!
I logged in excited to answer the Feb Community Question and then you hit me with a question where I REALLY have to think hahahah
Hmmm. The first thing that pops in my head would be something like a Smartsheet Community Master! Every year, Smartsheet could tally up who was most active in the community - Who had the most points, who posted the most, who helped the most etc. Give that annual badge with pride!

The Smartie Pants Badge! I just think naming a badge this would be cute, but it can actually be a spin off from the answers badge such as answered a certain amount of questions over a year, respond to a question within the hour it was posted, or answer a question every month/week (could act like a streak that adds up).

Re: February Question of the Month - Join the conversation and receive a badge
I know there are badges for Smartsheet certifications, but what about a badge for completing courses in Smartsheet University? A badge for every course would be a overkill, but perhaps a badge for completing 1 course, another for completing 3 courses, and so on, or for completing a Learning path (such as the Core App Learning Path). Might be a great way for newer users to Smartsheet to earn badges as they learn all about Smartsheet!

Re: February Question of the Month - Join the conversation and receive a badge
When I think about Smartsheet celebrating it's 10th anniversary, it makes me consider who has been here since day 1. I think anniversary badges would be really cool. When you join Smartsheet you could get a "newcomer" badge and every year it could upgrade. The best though, would be that anyone who's been here the full 10 years could have a special badge showing their dedication to the brand and community.

February Question of the Month - Join the conversation and receive a badge
Happy February Community,
What I learned from last month’s question is that you set the coolest goals, the Community is full of travelers, and we all want to visit Alaska, and Japan! I’m wishing you the best with your bucket list items, and I took note that you want me to check in on your progress mid-year. 😉📝
Ready for the next question? Here’s your new chance to earn badges while getting to know your peers.
If you could create a new badge in Community, what would it be?
We’re celebrating the Community’s 10th Anniversary this month, and our Question of the Month is also themed after this milestone. There are over 75 active badges available, and I’m sure you'll have great suggestions for future ones. 👀 Can’t wait to read your responses! ⬇️
About Question of the Month:
We kick off each month with a new question. These monthly ice breakers are just one way to help you get to know your Smartsheet peers and rack up some badges and points in the process.
Everyone who participates by answering the question prior to the end of the month will automatically receive a unique participant badge once the question closes at the end of the month.
In addition to the participant badge, the top three answers based on Community member votes will receive the Top Answer badge. To vote on an answer click on the upvote icon associated with an answer in the comments below. Multiple votes allowed and encouraged!

Core App Skills Badge for those who complete the Smartsheet University training and receive a badge through credly.com, but currently do not receive a badge in the Community. Certification badges are available in the Community. Personally I feel that anything we're awarded credly.com badges for should also earn Community badges too.

Re: February Question of the Month - Join the conversation and receive a badge
Smartsheet Allmighty - this is a badge that can be given only to 1 person (who really really really…. knows the stuff about smartsheet) and every year would be passed to another person. Such badge gives free access to Engage, All Trainings for free, etc.

Re: February Question of the Month - Join the conversation and receive a badge
My proposed badge would be Resource Rockstar, awarded to members who create and share valuable Smartsheet-related resources, such as templates, workflows, or tutorials, that benefit the community

If you could create a new badge in Community, what would it be?
I would make a badge for a Smartie that shows to be active in Community boards on a consistent basis. However you decide to measure that, I will leave that to you but those who are always here being active, should be recognized as true Smarties. They may have started out here for just help or just a badge or two but they have learned to love it here. They deserve to be recognized. I sure do appreciate them.

Re: Data Shuttle Upload - Merge & Update based on key column value causing errors
Both configs rely on a 1:1 mapping, so if there are multiple rows that match the uniqueID, its only going to update one of them.
I have a similar solution in place at my company to handle this type of workflow.
I go from excel to a helpersheet with a DataShuttle Config. The config completely replaces the data in the helpersheet upon upload.
I then go from the helpersheet to my central Smartsheet repository using Datamesh with a copy/add relationship. The datamesh target only has a single row for each unique identifier.
With this method, your contract renewals would be treated as updates to the original parent contract that is already on the datamesh target, rather than added as new rows.
