I've been using Smartsheet for more than 6 years, and I can't imagine my day without it. 🚀
I remember when I first started using Smartsheet, trying to figure out why the formula syntax was wrong, was definitely a "I need a coffee for this" type of moment. ☕ It always seemed to be a comma in the wrong place!
With the AI functionality in Smartsheet, getting those formulas right is so much easier now. 💡
I really love using Smartsheet AI. I make use of the generate formula, text, and summaries (which is amazing for summarizing those essays submitted in a form) and the analyze data features. 📊✨
I'd love to hear from the community about any other AI tips and tricks that I might not be leveraging to their full potential. 🤔

We are excited to announce the arrival of the Data Integrations Panel in the new table view! The Data Integrations Panel allows you to connect your sheet with external data sources via Data Shuttle, such as files stored in drive locations like Google Drive, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Box, and Smartsheet attachments. This panel is a new way to initiate and begin building Data Shuttle workflows — in future iterations of this panel, we plan to add the ability for users to build Data Shuttle workflows from directly within this panel.
This panel will be viewable to all users but only eligible users will be able to build Data Shuttle workflows.

It looks like a job for automation.
Go to automation tab -> when a row is changed, & when Status changes to any value -> record a date in the Status Modified column

How can i share my dashboard with anyone on SharePoint?
Hi, we have created a dashboard, published it, selected the option 'available to anyone with the link', embedded the link into a SharePoint page, but people are still being asked to sign in to Smartsheet when trying to access the dashboard.

My current favorite is this little craft #4 (and final) gave me recently. She gave it to me at home/in the house while I was getting ready, so I laid it down.. big no no! My wife called me later and said that my little one was upset because I left it but turns out it wasn't my little one that was upset… it was the ice cream. My 3yr old (while narrating the voice of the now sad ice cream) turned the smiley face/mouth upside down because I left it at home. Later she came to my office and gave it to me while turning the mouth back into a smile.
