I'm Chris Joseph, Program Manager with OhioHealth, Born in SriLanka, but have lived in Asia, Europe and North America in the last 30+ yrs. Currently residing in Columbus OH and love the Ohio State Buckeyes. In addition my wife and I love to Travel and budding Foodie's. 3 kids (2 girls and a boy). Older 2 are out and freshman in HS. Looking to learn Smarthseets, become the Smartsheet Admin and gain my certification in Smartsheet Project Managment.

Hey folks, I'm happy to be here! I am a former Smartsheet employee who has just joined a team to help them with their Smartsheet implementation and build-out, among other things. I am beyond excited to be here and to dive back into the world of Smartsheet full time!
About me: I'm a Utah native who moved to Seattle 12 years ago (best decision ever!). I love music, and tech, and the combination of the two. I live 20 minutes north of the city with my wife, two kids, and two cats. During my time at Smartsheet, I was one of the resident SMEs for all things Resource Management. I'm hoping to flex those muscles once more through this community.

Brandfolder Duplicate Detection Updates
Brandfolder is improving our duplicate detection user experience by providing clear notifications before duplicative files are deleted. If you have the Brandfolder setting "Don't allow duplicate files" enabled and you try to upload a file that's an exact copy of an existing file in your library, the system will automatically detect and block it. The duplicate file will appear with a special "File not processable" thumbnail. Clicking on the file will display a message explaining that it's a duplicate and will be automatically deleted after 10 minutes, with a link to the original file. This change aims to enhance transparency, reduce customer frustration, and minimize the number of support tickets related to duplicate files.
