Re: Shortcut to Dashboard Header / Bookmarks
Basic HTML allows for '#anchors' - can we have something like this against dashboard widgets? This would allow use to easily navigate down and up within a dashboard page.

Re: Join the conversation on STEM education and help nurture the next generation of visionaries
This is such an awesome thread! It is often wonderful to read about trailblazing women in STEM. Not only do they have remarkable stories, the contributions to their field / humanity are always so inspiring to learn about.
Highlighting Valerie Thomas, born 1943 in Baltimore, who graduated college top of her class in Physics (only one of two women in the program) and in 1964 right-out-of-school started at NASA. She worked on the first team of the Landsat program, where she developed methods to decode large amounts of data from satellites, specifically imagery and image file formats. In 1980, she developed and patented an Illusion Transmitter, which was capable of sending three-dimensional images using a concave mirror. Afterwards, still at NASA, she oversaw a managerial position on the Space Physics Analytics Network, which is like a proto-internet that connected scientists across the globe. I believe she is still mentoring emerging scientists to this day and has been awarded multiple commendations at NASA. Awesome human.

Re: Filter columns
YES! With large sheets it is difficult for different users to wade through the info. And, when you use a report to filter columns, it doesn't pass over to Card View.
Dashboard - I didnt know this!
I have been using Smartsheet for years - and I am shocked that I am 1 day-old when I found out that this feature exists. Clicking on the legends will change the charts and graphs accordingly! Oh well - learning something new everyday (and this is what I love about Smartshweet!) Do you know any other cool features on dashboards?

Best way to learn?
New to Smartsheet. Can anyone weigh in on an overall learning path - free, paid, Smartsheet University? I'm in a Project Management role in my organization and want to move away from excel to smartsheet as our primary tool

Re: Conditional Formatting on Sheet and Row Level
This option would be extremely helpful. It's so tedious to set up now when you have to set up a format for each column even though you're looking to set up the same condition for multiple columns across the sheet. It would be so much easier to be able to say if there are blanks in all these columns make make that cell this color.
Re: Can I hide predecessor lines in a gantt chart?
Please do add this. It would help me significantly.
Re: Disable License Trial
The free trial blocks our ability to add a user in Okta because they HAVE to come through as a licensed user. This adds multiple steps and often a couple days to them being able to use Smartsheet after their license expires. They also then lose all of the work they did with during their trial.
Re: Disable License Trial
I agree completely with all the above posts and disagree with the Smartsheet insight. We are a small company and invested in SmartSheet as our new Project Management tool as Microsoft has been failing there. We desire only our PM to have a licensed copy and all project team members to be very simple free task editors how SmartSheet was marketed. It's not just the free trial that is an issue, the entire new 'free editor' onboarding process could be greatly improved. Suggestions:
- Just like many of the above posts, the whole free trial thing just invites more questions and frustration. 99.99% of the time a new free editor is just going to be a project team task editor. Allowing them to create content during a free trial is just going to cause problems especially if they create stuff they will then lose. A waste of time for the user and the admin. And if the user is contacted by SmartSheet it will be even worse.
- Allow business plan admins to import bulk list of users (free editors) that will create the necessary core SmartSheet accounts without free trial or anything else.
- Bypass all the 'What is your primary occupation', etc. questions
- Allow a newly bulk added free editor to simply log in with Microsoft account and get to work editing shared content.
While some things may be more controllable with Enterprise plan, SMB's need some of this account creation/integration as well. Would be nice to either implement in business plan or make available as a simple add on where full enterprise functionality is not needed.
Enable Email Automations to Include Links to the Specific Row
When email automations are received, the user has a link just to that sheet and then has to navigate to find the right row, comment, attachment, etc. Is there a way to set up the email automation so that a link to the row is provided? It would save time if the user can click and be directly sent to that exact row to review/respond.
