Re: Is it possible to duplicate blueprint of a control center program to another prgram?

While (I believe) you cannot do this directly in Control Center you can copy the parent row (which will copy all the underlying rows as well) of the Blueprint in the Config Sheet from Program 1 to Program 2. This will create the same Blueprint in Program 2. You may need/want to reposition this within the config Sheet so that the hierarchy is correct and it is in the order you want.

If you want to reference the same template folder this will be inherited in the Blueprint. If you want to use a different template folder than you can make that adjustment in Control Center or the Config Sheet (the Config Sheet can actually manage a lot of what you can do in Control Center, it's just easier to mess up so I'd be careful).

Actually, we found the solution!

embed the image and then look up the slide ID.

As long as the image (file) and slide ID are included, it will always open up to the same slide every time.

Formula not working

Hello, I am trying to make a formula that will automate a symbol based on a text in another column. Below is my current formula that isn't working. Any help would be appreciated!

Designations I would like are: Complete = Green; Planned = Blue; In Progress = Yellow; ON HOLD or N/A = Red

=IF(ISBLANK([RegSci Review Status]@row), " ", IF([RegSci Review Status]@row = Complete, "Green", IF([RegSci Review Status]@row = Planned, "Blue", IF([RegSci Review Status]@row = ON HOLD OR N/A, "Red", IF([RegSci Review Status]@row = In Progress, "Yellow")))))

I saw this post, and was bummed that it was only for Engage. I so wanted to go, but since I am a Contractor, my company won't send me, and I cannot afford to absorb the cost on my own. Maybe next year! And thanks for thinking about all of us that want to attend Engage, but simply can't. A Virtual version, or even recorded version would be fun.

Only thing that sticks out is the YEAR() function.

Check {Site Visits Range 2} sheet and add a column there with the year function and see if anything is giving you an error.

This could mean it does not have a proper date in the cell.

You could also add an IFERROR() in your formula to ignore them: IFERROR(YEAR(@cell),0) = 2023

You will want to start your formula with an IF.

=IF(TODAY()>= [Quarter Start Date]@row, COUNTIFS(..........), 0)
