Re: Table view initial release is now generally available for all customers!
If Table view increases "sheet capacity by 2x with up to 1 million cells and/or 50,000 rows, with additional scalability in the future", what happens when a user changes to Grid view where the table view exceeds a grid view max limit? (i.e. the table view has over 20,000 rows)
Re: How to Ensure SCC URLs Open Project Dashboard by Default?
Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
Here's where you can select or change it.
I hope that helps!

Re: Rich Text Widget Scroll Bar Change
Also happening for us, any updates and it makes the dashboards look pretty terrible.
Re: Smartsheet Intelligent Work Management and McLaren Formula 1
Oh, we’re flowin’ here at Parks, it’s a Smartsheet kind of ride,
Where dashboards shine and projects glide with pride.
From artifacts to charts, and that sweet OCM flair,
Our updates are so smooth, they float right through the air.
We’ve tamed the chaos, ditched the old-school slog,
No chasing down updates in a spreadsheet fog.
Executives cheer, PMs toast with delight—
Smartsheet’s got us working smarter, not just late at night!
So while others may scroll through clutter and woe,
We click once (maybe twice), and watch progress grow.
With every row and every sheet in tow,
Here at Parks, we Work With Flow—like a project ninja pro!

See all Unread Comments at once
From a Smartsheet update regarding Conversations in Sheets: "
Conversations in sheets
Select the Conversations icon to open the conversations panel. There, you can view comments for the row, the entire sheet, all comments, and all unread comments."
I cannot see all of the unread comments at one time when I use the filter. The first unread comment shows and I have to go to row to click on it and then the next comment shows in the unread filter. It would be helpful to see all unread comments at one time, rather than one at a time.
Re: How to apply same color to the objects in Calendar view as that of Gantt
Hi Andree,
Thanks for trying to help me. I tried the conditional rule but didn't make any difference. I expect the taskbar to turn red but doesn't work.
Again, it should be a click of a button to apply the same colour coding to the Calendar view from the Grid view. But this seems to be a real pain doing with SmartSheet.
Table View: Prevent Chrome Save Pop-up Window with CTRL+S
I'd like you to somehow disable the "CTRL+S" functionality when in Table View.
Because some of us are so used to using CTRL+S to save our work in other views, when we are in "Table View" and press CTRL+S, I get the following pop-up window:
Instead, please either allow CTRL+S to save the worksheet again, or do nothing. I'm OK with the pop-up notification appearing as it does now Stating that it saves changes automatically, but I'm not OK with Chrome's Save Webpage window.

Rich Text Widget Scroll Bar Change
Hello, all!
There seems to be a change in how a dashboard Rich Text widget is formatting. I first noticed this on April 22, 2025.
Any rich text widget on all dashboards is adding extra space at the end of the text. When editing the widget, it appears that there is no extra added space--it looks normal. When you save it and view the dashboard, the rich text is now needing a scroll bar to scroll through the extra blank space.
The Rich Text widget was previously formatted without all the added space at the end, so all of my dashboards are formatted accordingly to avoid unnecessary scroll bars.
My guess is that this change may have been a mistake, but I would like to request that it go back to normal sizing.
I submitted a support ticket and they confirmed that this seems to not necessarily be a system issue, but rather how the feature is designed to function at this time.

Re: Nested IF Statements to Determine Priority
It is the quotes. See how some are slanted to almost indicate open or closed quotes yet others are straight up and down? The slanted ones are called "smart quotes". They come from programs such as Word and (ironically enough) are not recognized as valid characters in Smartsheet formulas.
Retyping them here, directly in a sheet, or in a text editor program such as notepad gives you the right kind of quotes.
