YES, bring it back @smartsheet because it's very useful to save important emails for future audits.

Re: Deactivate all automation on a sheet
I'm a power user that builds workspace solutions for others. That means, when I build templates, I need to build them with hundreds of automations scattered across many sheets, for each project.
Automations cause a large amount of issues when importing data into a template initially, since oftentimes, the automation is designed to trigger each time data changes, which leads to hundreds or thousands of notifications each time a new template is activated.
It would be amazing to have a pause/toggle for automations that activates all of them at once; additionally a "suppress notifications" button for a particular workspace, so that certain projects can be muted rather than having to change the automation itself to stop email notifications.

Re: Deactivate all automation on a sheet
would be great if there is in automation a button that you could deactivate all in 1 go. now when i'm making updated to the sheet for a new season, i need to de-activate all 1 by 1, and once update done back on. and for 50 automations feel silly.
Re: Deactivate all automation on a sheet
Yes, please and thank you, Esprenger. I have certain Sheets with many Automations and have been waiting for this feature.
Re: Deactivate all automation on a sheet
It would be great to provide an option to remove all workflows on a given sheet instead of having to click through each workflow. Alternatively, when a workflow is deactivated, the admin will be allowed to delete columns even though there is a deactivated workflow in place. The pop up should stay but an admin or owner should have the option for more efficiency.

Re: Deactivate all automation on a sheet
Hi, I have several sheets with more than 20 automations running on each. There are many times I want to update the sheet without triggering certain automations and it would be far easier to be able to activate and deactivate ALL with just one click, could this be a feature added at the top of the Automations page? It wastes a lot of time turning them off and on individually. Does anyone else agree? Thanks.

Please keep this feature working so that we can continue saving emails and content

This has to be top strategic priority for Smartsheet.
Restore Workload View Access for Licensed Users After Enabling Resource Management
Request: Allow Smartsheet licensed users to retain basic workload view access after RM is enabled - without requiring an RM license. Restoring access improves user experience and avoids additional costs for previously available features. It also encourages wider adoption of RM.
Our customer submitted the Support Case regarding this: Case # 08258696
The issue on the client’s side was that after enabling Smartsheet Resource Management (RM), licensed users lost access to the standard workload view unless they were assigned a full RM license. Meanwhile, unmanaged users can still view their allocations without a license. In this case:
- Licensed users can no longer access the functionality they had before RM was enabled.
- This requires customers to purchase additional RM licenses just to maintain previous capabilities, but we do not see where it is explicitly documented as a Smartsheet Product feature or was not communicated to the customer at the time of their RM purchase.
- It’s perceived as illogical and unfair, creating frustration and reducing trust in the product.
There should be either a description and training that this functionality is lost when the RM is purchased, or the functionality should not disappear.

Smartsheet Clippy?
Has Smartsheet considered a "Clippy" style assistant in the UI like Supabase's "ClippyGPT" and some of the large companies have done? I personally don't use the Smartsheet AI because it's far faster to look up a solution in community instead of try to write a prompt that will generate a formula and offer very little feedback on the quality of my input. An agent that understands Smartsheet's documentation and communities and could be interacted with via chat would be a very powerful tool both for onboarding new users and for power users looking to build complex systems quickly.
