Re: Licenses and True-up confusion
@Sheryl Sheldon you are most welcome, and I wholeheartedly agree with your perspectives. We've been with SS since Dec 2010 and this has been a huge weight as we are now in the process of determining how to move forward.

Conditional Formatting for Proof Approvals
Would be great if once all parties have approved a proof (using the built in proof approval feature), conditional formatting can be applied to a row. This way we don't have to go in and manually check the status on who has approved each line item.
I haven't found a way to do this and have viewed a lot of forums. If anyone knows how, please let me know!
Re: Copy Row Automation with System Columns
@isabonita "Go to the target sheet and get rid of the generic columns."
I am not understanding what this means. What are "generic columns"?
The entire way the smartsheet copy row automation works is absurd. I set up a sheet with NOTHING on it, the automation copys everything over on the first run....and then the next time it's set to run it no longer works??
They need to make this automation work in a way that the end user isn't forced to learn the hard way that it takes a ton of silly workarounds to make it function as intended.
Re: Cross sheet references not updating
Hello Isaac,
Has this issue been resolved? I am still having the same issue where a reference I have on one sheet, (pulling info from another sheet based on the date) is not being updated until I open and refresh the target sheet.
Thank you for your help!

Re: Licenses and True-up confusion
@Vivien Chong whichever way @Loann McGee or @Jacqueline Henderson go its a "money grab" by Smartsheet - not a nice way to treat long-term users who built the foundation of smartsheet over the past 10 years or so.

Re: User Subscription Model Change - Implications on your business?
@Genevieve P. Hi Genevieve, I am really sorry but I have looked at the help article you reference here but I can't find the information I'm looking for.
I was under the impression that Viewers could Add data via Forms, Edit data via Update or Approval Requests and I was also under the impression that Dynamic View would allow users to Edit data via the right pane without incurring a fee for Membership License?
But I've just been in a workshop where "looking at a Dynamic View" was deemed free but "editing via a Dynamic View" was deemed as in scope for provisional user status (i.e. not free).
Can I check my understanding here? Do you need to be a Paid Member to edit data via a Dynamic View pane please? Thank you.

True Up or Shake Down?
Can anyone suggest a method to change our plan?
Has anyone changed their workflow, such as reverting to Google Sheets?
We are currently on Enterprise, using the control center. Trying to go down to the Business plan. We are actively pursuing a new software solution as a life cycle solution, and we will only keep the basics of our operation on Smartsheet.
As a 10 year user of smartsheet, I am pretty annoyed about this "True Up". They are changing the rules, plain and simple. Feels like a total Shake Down. I love the extra cost without any additional features added. Can we print a report yet that matches what it looks like on a screen? Nope, not yet.
We have 25 paid users, and by August 26th, we will be forced to upgrade 22 "Provisional Users" to paid status. The great part about this is that I don't even know how much that will add, and oh yeah, I have another, different "account manager". The feeling I have for smartsheet has entirely changed.
Thanks for listeningβ¦.Jef
