Short answer you cannot do it on the mobile.
Long answer:
To change the time zone in the Smartsheet Mobile App, you actually need to adjust it through your Smartsheet account settings, which are typically accessed via the desktop or web version of Smartsheet. The mobile app itself does not currently offer a direct option to change the time zone.
Best method is to have them use the web version and set the time zone, then log into the mobile app and hope it shows. I have not tried this though.

We use Dynamic Views to review specific data for users. And I was just experimenting with having a report setup for "Current User" and having the report drive the Dynamic View. If you Current User = Requestor, then when they go to the DV, they should just see their requests and just the params that you want them to see.
Also, we send out monthly update requests for each non-complete line item and include the columns that you'd like them to see and update. This is an automation and it works great.
Re: Date format changing
I had this same issue (I'm in NZ so have the same UK date format). I ended up logging a ticket after checking all users who were sheet owners had their settings to NZ format, as it seemed to be some sort of technical glitch.

The ability to create a much richer experience for row comments (eg. text formatting; sections; to do's, etc..) would be a quick win that would dramatically improve the overall experience for this [almost] great tool!

Hi @Devin C.
If you have the sheet set up with dependencies enabled and are using the column called End Date as your "end date column", you cannot link this from another sheet - it will be calculated based on the start date and duration.

Sadly backups don't include formulas. However, you may still have the formula in the original sheet (definitely if you used column formula). If so, you can delete the columns that should be formulas from the "fully consumed" sheet and use an automation to move the rows back into the original sheet. The formulas will then be used again. Worth trying it with one row. Good luck 🤞

Re: Increase cell character count
The 4,000 character limit per cell in Smartsheet is very restrictive. Excel has more than 32,000 and Google sheet is 50,000. Please can you increase Smartsheet cell character limit to 50,000? Thanks!

Re: Group Management - Sorting Contact List Alphabetically
This request has not been looked at since 2023, and this is VERY necessary.
I think Group Management should work like Dynamic Views, with the same buttons. I'd like to be able to see all groups, groups I have created, and groups I am part of and my permission level (or maybe just groups I have permissions higher than just "member"). Similarly, we need to be able to sort group members in alphabetical order, export the group in Excel format, and **very important** assign Group Admins. The group owner being the only one who can add and remove members if very inconvenient.

Very useful but not available in Smartsheet.GOV. Please add to the .GOV version so all users can benefit from the Timeline feature.
