Re: Hidden Columns List
Hi everyone, I recently built SSFeatures which adds these features into Smartsheet.
These features make it way easier to hide and unhide specific columns. This is what it looks like:
- Click the checkboxes to hide and unhide specific columns.
- Click the arrow icons to jump to that column in your sheet.
- The filters at the top let you quickly find the column that you're looking for.
- The "Save/Load/Delete" buttons at the bottom let you save your column settings, so that you can load them again in the future.

I know this was in the past, but I wanted to register to be able to have access to the recording, but when I click the register link, the new page doesn't ever resolve to anything.

Support plain-text @mentions using raw user ID formatting for MS Teams
When posting to the Slack from Smartsheet automation, it is possible to use <@{Slack_ID}> format in a plain-text message to mention either users or channels through a Slack app or webhook with appropriate permissions, Slack recognizes the ID and turns it into a true @mention . This works because Slack allows plain-text message formatting that includes raw user ID strings and interprets them correctly when sent through authorized apps or integrations.
In contrary to Slack, Teams requires a structured message format using its API, and now user mentions are not triggered in Teams channels through Smartsheet automation. It is necessary to develop and implement the same capability for mentioning members and channels in MS Teams using native "Alert Someone → Send to Microsoft Teams" Smartsheet automation.

My son is getting ready to start college this fall (August) at USF (go Bulls!). Luckily he secured a couple scholarships that will cover his tuition and fees for his 4 years. However, for his first year he'll be staying on campus in a dorm. There is not enough scholarship money for that.
My goal is to allow him to remain debt-free. I'll do everything I can to pay for housing and meals for this first year of college, so when he is finished he will be debt-free and able to focus on his career and such.

I would also LOVE to turn off the bundled option as well so that the automations will send out individual emails.

I am having the same/a similar issue w/a workflow automation alert that is combining multiple alerts into a single email. Each of the alerts are set up to have a unique/custom Subject (with fields referenced to make them unique/dynamic), however I am receiving a single bundled alert. These email alerts need to be sent individually, as we are using them for audit purposes. Is there a setting I can change to ensure each alert is sent independently?

This feature is very much needed in order to prevent having to use a different system to collate the information needed because images are needed. Please please please make this a priority! :)
