Account-level email threshold monitoring
It appears that we need a mechanism to monitor our 500-limit threshold on emails. Seeing that you're counting any/all tasks going out the email component (including update requests) and it will only surface in the activity log of the offending sheet. If I have my facts correct.
With dozens of workspaces and untold sheets, IT needs a way to monitor this at an enterprise level and see when a limit is nearing and or has been breached. Workflows and and operations are dependent on this. Ideally, while it would be nice to see these in the Admin center a simple user email could be the contact for these notifications.
Sort Card View by Task Bar Color
Would be great to quickly sort Card View by the task bar color that is set by conditional formatting without the workaround of having to create a separate column with a formula. Especially if the conditional formatting is based on more than one column.

OFFSET() function
I've not seen any requests for a Smartsheet's equivalent to Excel's OFFSET() function. For how universal the INDEX(MATCH()) solution seems to be, it strikes me as a notable oversight that there isn't any function to achieve a similar effect for selecting a range of cells offset by a column index value. It would greatly simplify a few of my solutions to have a reference of a single 2-dimensional array where I could toggle the column instead of a new reference for every column.

I'm Andrew, also go by Drew. I work in training and development and have really come to take advantage of all the offerings from Smartsheet in the last year as I switched work projects. I would have to say Dashboards are my favorite function because it helps you really gain a visual understanding of your forms and reports.
I am based out of Southern California and am in fact a Disneyland lover. In my role I have the luxury of working remote with my project based out of the east coast, so I get to have the majority of the afternoon off which allows for easy trips after work.

Brandfolder Phone App
Smartsheet has a mobile app but Brandfolder does not. While Brandfolder is intended to be a web-based platform, it would be very helpful to have a version as a mobile app.
We have several employees who frequently travel overseas to Asia where using a browser-based platform may be blocked by the country or internet connections aren't stable enough to use a browser but individual apps work well. For these employees, they would be less concerned with full functionality but since their trips are often 2 weeks or more at a time, they need to be able to create and send links off to their customers easily from their phone or iPad. They've been currently using Dropbox and I'd like to encourage moving to Brandfolder but the lack of an app is currently a major pain point for them.

This is very critical to our organization. It will cost countless hours, now, having to do much of this work manually. It can also cause information to be missed due to the manual input that is now needed. Please get this done as soon as possible.

Smartsheet has always had some dark patterns to try and force more paid subscriptions (e.g. by constantly telling free users they have limited access to a sheet, "click here" to request full access - but they are not told this costs money. Then a bunch of account admins get a message to approve a users access request and they are not told this costs money. So one of them clicks the "approve" button and now a new expense appears on your monthly bill and the user and the admin that approved them don't even realize what just happened.)
With these recent changes Smartsheet has devised and implemented a whole new level of dark patterns:
They have taken control away from admins and setup a system where conflict is inevitable between admins and users. Users are doing things that seem natural and don't even realize it costs the company money. System administrators have better things to do than babysit a true-up list to make sure provisional members don't slip past by mistake.
Lets say you are a team leader for a small group. You have been given control over company funds and have the responsibility to decide when and how they are used. But another party, who is not even part of your company, just gave the ability to every team member to incur debt and expenses without your control or consent. The members of your team don't even realize their actions are costing the company money and adding to your work load by having to continuously monitor what they are doing and undo their actions.

So we are another long term customer whose price is about to double. smartheet is not able to provide us a list of users they intend to bill us for. The invoice they provided had a user count from a report they ran in June of 2024 but the annual amount of the renewal was slightly more (trying to get us to sign). The actual user count as of today was double what they had. When we pointed this out they offered us another option that doubled our price and we had to sign up for 3 years. Beware of these tactics. Like most customers we will be forced to renew until we can transition our processes to other systems.
