+ Lean on any Jira Account Manager you/your organisation may have access to and bring it to their attention that it's impacting your team's use of their product.
Re: Are you planning to upgrade to Jira v10 in the near future?
@Danielle Wilson do you have any suggested wording we should include in our comment that ensures we are referencing the issue correctly?
Re: Are you planning to upgrade to Jira v10 in the near future?
@Griff D I would say something like "Please prioritize this issue as this is a blocker for the functionality of the Smartsheet Jira Connector functionality with Jira Data Center v10 due to the nature of how they utilize Jira webhooks in their integration", thanks for asking!
Re: Are you planning to upgrade to Jira v10 in the near future?
Upgraded and disappointed we can't connect on smartsheet.
Re: Are you planning to upgrade to Jira v10 in the near future?
Is there an estimated timeline for supporting Jira version 10?
Re: Are you planning to upgrade to Jira v10 in the near future?
- We have already upgraded. So, I am impacted and my connectors are no longer working.
Re: I need a formual to return a true or false if two criteria are met, including a date comparison
Try this:
Formula:
=IF(COUNTIFS(Site:Site, Site@row, [Created Date]:[Created Date], <([Created Date]@row + 31), [Created Date]:[Created Date], >([Created Date]@row - 31)) > 1, true, false)

Re: Resource Views vs. Resource Management
Hi @Mimi H
Smartsheet does have a Legacy Resource Views functionality built into the app, but I wouldn't recommend using this as a long-term solution as it is no longer being updated. Here's the documentation if you wanted to test this out: Legacy Resource Management and allocation
I would recommend looking into Resource Management by Smartsheet though, as it is a much more robust solution that is continually being improved. See: Intro to Resource Management by Smartsheet

Re: Resource Views vs. Resource Management
It should also be pointed out that the new Resource Management offering comes at an additional cost that is not insignificant
