Update multiple records or copy/ paste records in Smartsheet Dynamic View
Hello,
I am not sure if someone has raised this question before! But we currently use SS to track the projects at the company and also we've created some SS dynamic views for our partners for them to submit their updates to certain columns in the respective sheets! But they are finding it challenging to edit and manipulate multiple records at the same time since they have to use the form to update record by record. They are asking for same flexibility in the source sheet (i.e. copy/ paste). Also let me know if there is a solution for this rather than using the reports since they need access permission to the sources sheets.

I'm sorry to see that this thread has been going for over 5 years with no resolution.
The reason I'd like to see the icons only, is because I am allowing multiple assignees.
When there are more than one in the column, it is not possible to see any additional without hovering over the cell, so you can't scan rows and see more than one.
My recommended solution would be to have a checkbox under the column settings that provides the option to "View contacts as initials only"

Where do random individual sheets shared by others go if we can’t have the Sheets folder or create our own folders within it?

I believe this happened after I copied and pasted a row from a calendar like worksheet in grid view. It has since been fixed by support.

Form - Number Validation - Allow Separator
It would be great if you would allow 1000 separator (,) when using the number only validation on a form. We have people entering very large values but also want to make sure they enter a number only. Not using the (,) separator makes it very difficult to ensure the correct number has been entered when entering numbers in the billions. 230896729 would sure be easier to verify if it was 230,896,729. Thanks.
