Re: Report to see what sheets a user is assigned
To see which sheets a user is assigned to in Smartsheet, you can use a Sheet Access Report as a system admin. This report, accessible through the Admin Center, lists all sheets and other items within the plan and their associated access.
Steps to find the sheets a user is assigned to:
- Access the Admin Center: Navigate to the Admin Center within your Smartsheet account.
- Locate the User Management page: You can find this by going to Users and Groups > User Roles and Reports.
- Download the Sheet Access Report: Look for the option to download a report that lists sheet access, which also includes reports and dashboards.
- Review the report: The downloaded Excel file will contain a list of all sheets and other items within the plan, along with the users who have access to them. You can then identify the sheets where the specific user is listed.

Form Started Timestamp
Hi Smartsheet,
One of our project managers is using a Smartsheet Form for an exam. We want to record the time the student opens the form so we can tell how many minutes they have spent to answer the exam. We want that time to be recorded on the row in the sheet. Thanks!

Dynamic View for Enhancement Requestors
Hi Smartsheet,
I love Dynamic View. I wish there was a Dynamic View from Smartsheet for Enhancement Requests where I can see the status of any ideas that I have submitted on one page, but only my submissions, not all of them.

Re: Side-by-side fields in Forms
YES! More flexibility in form layout of fields would be amazing. Let's go horizontal, not jus vertical! Scrolling makes me dizzy.
Re: Combine Contacts from multiple columns into a single cell
Agree, with the comments above that populating a contact cell by formula would very helpful and productive for reports and dynamic views.
Re: Combine Contacts from multiple columns into a single cell
Agreed with this entirely. I am in need of this capability.
