Customer Service Survey Ratings in Web Forms

Access to SS Sheets
I am a new contractor and have been given access to Smartsheet., which I will now be maintaining as Project Manager. When I log in I cannot see all the sheets that my team has created. Do I need to have each one of them share with me or is their an easier way?
Can you lock rows?
Can the SmartSheet rows be set up to automatically lock to only allow one person at a time make changes on the row?
Rich Formatting in Community Discussions
I am not able to use the bullet or number list when creating new discussions or when replying to them in the Community. I have tested this in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer on a Windows 7 machine. Is anyone else having this issue?
