Access to SS Sheets

Hi Sue -
Content does need to be shared with you for you to view it with your login credentials. However, this doesn't have to happen on a one by one basis.
If the team has created workspaces to house many sheet, reports, templates, etc, they can invite you to those.
Another idea is to create a group that consists of people who need access to content -- and share items to the group. Sometimes much easier to adjust the members of a group than to manage explicit sharing to individuals.
Cheers,
MM

Depending on what permisions you want people to have will also influence your choice between the use of Workspaces or groups.
If you give every bodiey editor permisions to a Workspace they can edit everything in it. The is work in progress to expand the Permissions in Work spaces to be more granular, but it is not there yet.
