Ther are a couple of things you can do to achieve this, both are not ideal and quite labour intensive.
1 Get the other people whos calendar tasks you wish to see to copy the relevent cells and paste special(link) into your master sheet.
2 Export all to excel, merge them as one sheet and import into smartsheet.
3 You may be able to do something with Google calendat, however I have not researched this at all. It would appear that you can publish very easily to a google calendar, but it appear that it does it to your calendar and does not allow you to specify alternative calendars. I may be wrong and there may be somebody out there in the comunity that has done this or knows if it is possible.

Viewing calendars and Gantt charts in reports is currently being developed which will do exactly what you are looking for. I do not have a timeframe for this release but we are excited to get it in the hands of our users!

Travis,
I was aware of the move to adding Gantt Charts into reports but not Calendars. Thats great news.
Another very useful feature on the same theme would be the ability to Save as New Sheet rather than Only save as New Report.
This would be a great tool for restructuring data from multiple sheets into one new one. If iyou could also retain the links as an option to the source sheets that would be good.
