Conditional Formatting at Sheet Level - not row/column specific
Hi there knowers of knowledge, Is there a way to set conditional formatting so that across the sheet if the condition is met the format is applied. Think: if sheet contains 'YES' apply this format, across the entire sheet. Thanks!Β
OneDrive attachments don't take - wheel spins and then nothing
Recently my OneDrive attachments have not worked. The wheel spins after I select to attach the file but the attachment screen is blank afterwards. They worked in the past. I've tried loging in and out of my OneDrive to no avail. Any ideas?
Auto-update task status or priority when predecessor is completed?
I am looking for some way of having Smartsheet automatically change a column on a task once a task that it is dependent on has been completed. This is so that I can see what new tasks need to be worked on. For example, task B is dependent on task A. Once I have flagged task A as complete, then task B automatically getsβ¦
FEATURE REQUEST: Save as Draft when Sending Rows
I would like to be able to save a Send Row email as a draft. Why? Sometimes after starting to compose the email I realize I need to change some data in the row. Currently I have to cancel the Send, make the changes in the row and then start my email all over again. If I've written a decent sized body I will copy and pasteβ¦
Internal links not working
I have an issue (that probably got addressed but I couldn't find that ). If I add a link to my sheet that points to a local document, I can't click on it. It would be all good if I could copy the link itself and use it in a file explorer but that doesnt even work. Any solution? Thanks! Γtienne
Resource management and parent/child hierarchy
Hello I've created a sheet with a list of projects (the name is the parent). The child rows contain the team members name (assigned to column), allocation %, role, etc. I've got the sheet working to where the red man shows on the rows where there is a resource issue. Unfortunately that only seems to apply to the childβ¦
Sights
I am new to Smartsheet so I apologies in advance. I have used sights (dashboard) for a single sheet, however I can't seem to create one for multiple sheets, is this possible? If so, IΒ understand that sights simply pulls the information from a sheet and does not allow any calculations, however It would be great if theβ¦

I just got an error when trying to connect to smartsheet. The jist of the error was "to many connections" first time I have run into it and I hope the last.

Hi, Is it possible to pull the data of "column-1" of "Sheet-1" to dropdown list in "column-1" of "Sheet-2" ? What actually my requirement is: I have a task list defined on "Column-1" of "Sheet-1".
