Bug?: % Complete report filtering
Is this a Bug? I've set my report to display rows where %complete is "less than 100 or is blank" but the report continues to pull rows that are set to 100. This behaviour seems to be consistent in all my sheets, including this brand new one I created from a template!

Filtering Alerts for Status
I have standard project action logs set up with alerts sent to task owners two days prior to a specified due date (date type column).
