Problems with Cell Linking Updates

I have a sheet that lists employee data, that links to a table of assigned managers.  Next I have a report for each manager that pulls current employees data, this has been great; however I have begun noticing missing rows.  The report does not appear to be 'seeing' the new manager when the managers table is updated.  The employee page reads correctly but employeees with updated managers seem to stay on the old managers page. 


I have saved all the pages, logged in and out, and re-run the reports.  Any ideas?

    It seems the report runs off the employee sheet, is that right?

    If so, the problem may lie in how you are linking the sheets.


    I'd probably need to see it in action to give a better answer.
