If I understand Smartsheets correctly, all formulas must reside within the sheet where the data exists meaning, if I want to display a metric or a total on a Sights Dashboard or Report respectively, I cannot. Approval not sent to self
I have an issue list with numerous people assigned tasks. I use the approval process when ever someone closes an item. The problem I have is that if the owner of that item closes it they have to go through the approval process. Is there a way I can avoid this? would comparing the modified to assigned work?
