Suddenly receiving multiple emails titled "Your Smartsheet Order has been Activated"
Starting a couple of days ago, I started getting 2 or more emails a day about my account being activated. I have a monthly subscription but have never received this type of email from Smartsheet. The email looks legitimate - the sender is "reply_to@Smartsheet .com" - except for maybe the greeting, which is "Dear Customer".โฆ

Uncategorized items in timeline view
Hi, I have a sheet setup which has a number of columns one of which is called category. All values in this are filled in but when i go to timeline view - some values are showing as uncategorised. Other ones are categorised correctly without issue. I cannot figure out how to resolve this, i have tried removing the group andโฆ

Update Requests included in separate Notification Automation
Hi! We have a sheet where team members are triggered to complete an Update Request when a line is assigned to them, which of course includes its own messaging. We also have a separate automation which sends out a weekly 'reminder' email for all assigned lines which have not been updated to a 'completed' status. My questionโฆ
