UPDATE REQUEST Automation
Hello,
Can you help me?
- How to turn off "Go to the sheet" in Update Request Automation email.
Second question - Do I have the correct automation? I can't see my comment on the email I send?
Third, can we highlight a row with an unread comment. Thanks.

First Question: You cannot deactivate that.
Second Question: I would suggest using the Most Recent Comment type column to pull the most recent comment into the sheet and then use a {Placeholder} in the body of the email to display the comment.
Third Question: The closest you can get to that is the Highlight Changes feature.

Hi Paul,
Do you know of any Work Arounds for Question #1?
I have a sheet that I would like to restrict access to, but I have multiple contacts that are responsible for individual Row Data, and I would like to send quarterly or Annual Update Requests, so they can their information.
We do not want contacts to see any data other than within the rows that they are responsible for.
Appreciate any help you can offer!

They do not have to be shared to a sheet to be able to fill out the update request. If you do not have them shared to the sheet, they will get an "Access denied" warning when they click on the link.
