Sheet Row Limit - Automation Recos / Suggestions
With one of our clients, we are running into the 20,000 sheet row limit, and I was wondering what others have done to work around this issue?
My first instinct is to createduplicate a sheets, and then use a report to pull it altogether in the end. It's a pretty manual solution, so I'm looking for something more automated
@Andrée Starå any suggestions on how to best approach running into this issue?

Hey @Mike Rini it depends on your particulars, but:
1) Archive any rows (use the Move rows automation to move them to another sheet)
2) Subdivide your data by some means (State, department, employee, etc.) and create multiple sheets. You can automate any row movements to other sheets for future row additions too.
3) Use Data Table to work with larger data sets.
Hope that helps.

Thanks, @Ryan Sides.
- Definitely onboard with the archiving approach - we just haven't hit that yet (which is another problem)
- Yeah, I'm trying to figure out where we can create more of a normalized database (or sheet) structure to limit the rows, but wasn't sure if that was the only / best solution
- Regarding Data Table - I've never used that, and did a little digging on that. Is that something that would appear in Launcher area where DataMesh, DataShuttle, etc. are? I can't figure out where it would be, and am wondering if we have access - we do have an Enterprise license so I'd think we would.

@Mike Rini You should have a "Connections" menu in your sheets if you have it...

Hi @Mike Rini
I hope you're well and safe!
DataTable, Data Shuttle, and DataMesh are Premium Apps, and it's not included in the Enterprise license.
I agree with Ryan as to what options you have.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Thanks all! Looks like we have 2 out of the 3, but not the one I need to leverage for this particular challenge
