Formula Question

I am VERY new to formulas, and I am trying to build a new section on a form that I need some help with.

I have a survey for different units of a hospital and I would like to count all the answers "No" that a certain unit answers on the whole survey. I know how to get the information from the "No", what I can't figure out is how to get the unit information.

*I figured this out, I was making it WAY harder than it needed to be :)*
