Stakeholders cannot access shared sheets
We have having a consistent issue with stakeholders accessing shared sheets. We are adding them to the sheet and sharing it with them, but stakeholders are getting error messages when trying to access the sheet. I think we are missing a setting somewhere because it is happening with internal and external stakeholders. The error is that the individual is getting says "You don't have access to this item" however, we have included them by clicking "Share" and adding them as a collaborator.
What are we missing?

Double check that they are in fact attempting to access the proper sheet.

When navigating to the sheet, are they clicking on a URL link, or are they actually in Smartsheet and clicking on the sheet itself?

They are linking to the sheet from the email received when we share the sheet.

You may want to loop in support. It sounds like there may be some issue with the link that is being sent in the email.
