We've update the Power Usage Badges post with additional information about the two new badges. For Synergizer specifically, when you invite others to collaborate on sheets, you get closer to earning this badge.

Thanks, @Rebeca S., for expanding on how Synergizer works. I wonder if you could explain a bit further.

Are you referring to simply sharing sheets? That is, only sheets, not reports or workspaces? And are "collaborators" only Admins who can participate in developing the solution, or Editors of the sheet's content, or Commenters on what's already there; or is even just an invited Viewer a collaborator in this sense?

In my 13 years with Smartsheet I've shared hundreds of assets. Does the tally start now, or is it retroactive?

Not just sharing sheets, but collaborating on the broadest sense, by taking advantage of the many collaboration features available in Smartsheet with others in your organization. 13 years with Smartsheet is awesome, so just keep it up, and I'm sure you'll qualify soon. 😄

@Rebeca S. I wonder if you'd mind passing along the the appropriate team the idea of clarifying this yet further on the Power Users Badges post? The idea of this badge is great, and I think the qualifications could be a little less mysterious (if not already slightly misleading).
