Automated emails & US date format
Hi All,
Just reaching out, if there are Australian users why is there not an option to select another date format other than US. For example I use this to send to Australian specialists around the nation automated updates via email which include ETA dates.. A lot freak out thinking I'm talking the 02/10/23 (2nd of October) because of the US date format. Surely this has to be something that should be an option to change?

Hi @Alicia_PRB
I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
- Depending on the specific workflow, it might be possible to force it to show in the correct format using so-called helper columns.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
