Dynamic View Field Logic not working

Hi i have a column in my main sheet called Leave Status to work out if the date the person entered in the form is in the past and will Say "Taken"

I want to be able to hide a field called Cancel if the field leave status says Taken otherwise the field is visible to enter data into.

However the Leave Status is not showing as an option to make a logic rule from? I thought it may be because the cell was a forumla but i have other columns which are formulas and i can do logic on that

Don't worry figured it out needed to be dropdown list!
