Love the Project Plan in Smartasheet and this is how I came to use smartsheet all those many years ago. However, when it comes to the cutover planning where it is critical to track tasks down to the minute/hour it is extremely cumbersome to add text based time values, duration in minutes/hours/days and related conversions to get start and end dates. These durations also do not keep in line with the plan settings for days legnth. What would be ideal is to have start and end columns as date/time stamps as a project setting which would then activate time based plans.
I do a lot of SAP and other applicaiton related deployments and have a cutover template I develped by reviewing what some other community members have shared. A cutover/deployment project setting would be a great enhancement to the project plan type sheet.
