We use many Forms for our users to input data. Is there a way to get intuitive input?

For example, our employees each have a separate URL to enter their reimbursable expenses (nationwide consultants) that populates a SmartSheet. The accountant reviews their submissions and approves or denies the expense reimbursement.

My question is for filling out the form. One item request (a column in Smartsheet) is for the name of the item. This could be Southwest Airlines, Starbucks, or Sammy's Barbecue Grill. Typing in the same item multiple times on a trip is time consuming. Is there a way now or in the future for Smartsheet to preload options already in the database? For example, using those three names listed above, if I typed "So", it would give Southwest Airlines as an option.

Data Shuttle could automatically update the drop-down values of a cell every 15mins based on previous entries on the sheet. That sounds like the best way for you to do it. Hopefully you have Data Shuttle.
