Activity Log not working

Has anyone noticed that that Activity Log has stopped logging row and cell changes? It appears to have happened on 2/2/2023 around 11:00 AM EDT. This affects ALL sheets, old and new regardless of workspace or licensee. Logged a case with support. Check your sheets!

    I checked in with the Support team and they confirmed that other customers reported this yesterday as well; they were investigating a delay in the Activity log showing recorded data. To confirm, your data is not lost - the Activity Log will eventually display all the correct data, it's just taking longer than usual to bring that into the log.

    In my own sheets today, information is showing immediately again! 🙂

    Hi Genevieve,

    Thank you for the response. Funny how the support agent I spoke to said it was the first time he heard the complaint. However, like you said, all of the transactions did eventually appear and it is working properly at this moment.
