Datashuttle filter problem it doesnt work

What is wrong with this filter that it doesnt work:

I have extracted cell history from a specific column that I am looking to monitor for activity, I want to import everything BUT the automated responses or any blank ones and this just doesnt work it still imports the smartsheet automation entries.

I think what you are looking for is just 1 AND 2 AND 3

I managed to resolve it by trial and error which made me realise my fault in the logic, what you said works just fine.
