WorkApps - Updated Workspace Sheet Names Not Reflected

Looking for clarification. I need to update several sheet names that are in WorkApps. When updating the name of a sheet in the actual sheet, or in its workspace, it is not updating it in WorkApps. I have done a page refresh in both but still the old sheet name remains in WorkApps. Do I have to edit and rename the sheet in WorkApps and not in the actual workspace? And if doing so will it adjust the sheet name in the workspace?

Just trying to determine if I have to do both to stay in sync.

Edit the sheet name in the workapp. You can even call it something else. Like if your sheet is called "Numbers", but in the workapp you want to call it "Digits", you can do that.
