Is there a way to download all attached docs from a sheet?

Hello community, I have a question regarding documents attached to rows in a sheet. We have used Google Drive and are still using it to keep track of documents for each client, usually it's one to two documents (per client). We'd like to keep it all together in SmartSheets but I wasn't able to figure out if we could somehow download all the attached documents from a sheet whenever we need to look through all of them. Is there a way to do that?

Hi @laura.sandoval,

If you click on the "Attachments" button on the right side of the screen (the paperclip) you can choose to view all attachments. Clicking the checkbox next to the "Actions" dropdown will select all attachments, then you can choose "Download x Files..." (see image below). You can also do this for attachments connected to a single selected row, or just sheet level attachments.
