Project Dashboards
On a dashboard, when does the data refresh? Issue I am having is some data clears out on Tuesday night. Does anyone know what triggers the refresh on a dashboard or how to control it?

Hi @Miles C
I hope you're well and safe!
To change the frequency of or to turn off the Auto-Refresh feature
- In the menu bar, select View.
- In the View menu, select Auto-Refresh.
- Select the change you’d like to apply:
- Select your frequency.
- To turn off the Auto-Refresh feature, select Off.
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Andrée, thank you for the quick response. The information you provided helped as it was something that I had forgotten about. I should have been clearer. We are using the Smartsheet Control Center for managing client projects.
I have attached three samples. The blank dashboard happens Monday nights during the overnight hours. The populated dashboard exists once I will in the status summary, key activities, recent accomplishments. Say I’ll fill in the information on Tuesday and it will remain on the dashboard through next Monday night. Is there any way to prevent it from deleting the information?
Here is my understanding of how it works. I or the PM fill in the weekly status sheet that populates the three status reports that then populate the dashboard. On the backend there are metadata files and metrics sheets (see third attachment) that house the profile information
Thanks, Miles

I think i may have found and answer it is a community thread listed https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/89082/dashboard-weekly-project-status-submissions#latest:~:text=Dashboard%2D%20weekly%20project%20status%20submissions
If you any other insight it would be appreciated
Thanks, Miles
