I've seen this topic discussed a lot, but all the answers have to be requested via email. It would be nice to have the actual answer in the community visible to people like me who search for it. I've sent 1 form to different people, but one person got back to me saying if there is a better way of customising the form as they had to enter the form 6 times to capture different industries that this person looks after. Is there a way? Thanks
