Imagine a form requesting materials from nominees for an award. Then there's a report to provide the materials as well as a place for the review committee to provide feedback.

Column names are character limited.

Currently, I use a level column. I number the submissions 1. One row is set to 0. Then I can add the full question in the cells for each column in that row and include them on a report.

How do others deal with providing the full question in a report or dashboard? Anyone out there with a better, easier solution?

You could add a so-called, helper row where you add the full column name.

That's basically what I'm doing. I didn't know if there were other options I didn't know about or work arounds people had created.
