Why am I not receiving the results of my quiz in the Smartsheet grid?

I am just starting to learn Smartsheet and am trying to create a quiz using a form. I have set up all of my questions and conditional formatting for it to score one point for each correct question.

Sometimes your sheet wont show the refresh icon next to the sheet name. Try refreshing the browser page to your sheet and see if the row appears.

Also, you can see how many times your form has been used to submit something to your sheet. Go to the Forms menu at the top-left of your sheet and select Manage Forms. It should show your form and the # of times it's been used to submit a new row to your sheet.
