Put in a feature where an auto-update alert automatically closes after a certain timeframe (1 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, Never, etc.) so people do not need to open their email to close out the alert. Currently auto-alerts must be opened in an email and then closed out by the person in that email.
Give the person/people that set up the sheets the ability to set the parameters on the alert. If the alerts are a must, then they can set the alert to "never closes" while other less urgent alerts could have the auto-close function set to specific hours. This would keep people from continually needing to go into emails and open the alerts all for the sake of closing it.
Is it possible to put an expiration date on an update request, i.e, the request will expire in "X" number of days?
