Sync Modified Data for Collaborators with different timezone

I've been having issues showing a report that does not sync up with my other collaborators' view for the modified date.
The reason behind, we have different timezones set up hence impacting data reliability.
It would have been helpful to sync these data points even without changing each collaborator's timezone set up in our personal settings which would cause a gap between who's not updating their sheet on time, while both sides are updated realtime.
