Interview Template - Score Card

Has anyone used Smartsheet to build a hiring manager interview guide that can pull questions from a bank based on the capability they are hoping to assess in an interview?

I would also like to have an interview score card to help objectively assess candidates. I found a template from 2018 in a google search, but I cannot find it in Smartsheet to download. https://www.smartsheet.com/interview-templates Am I just missing it?

I'd love to hear any thoughts or ideas any of you may have!
