New licensed user is not receiving invitation to join.

I am trying to add a new user and the invitation is not being received in the new users inbox. We have checked spam, etc. This is a rather urgent request. Should we expect a delay between sending the invite and recipient receiving this? I've attempted re-sending many times.

Note, Smartsheet automation emails are received without issue.

Please note, I am new to User Management.
