Is it possible to view completed forms as they appear online?

I need to provide clients with the completed forms they submitted online which includes the question followed by the answer. Is there a way to access or print the form with the same layout and aesthetics they viewed when originally submitting their answers.

Hi @Chris C.

You can use automation to "Alert" the submitter, and include the fields/values the user submitted.

You cannot however email/provide them with the same layout and aesthetics as the user experienced when viewing/submitting the form.

• You could use the Document Builder feature to automate sending them a copy of their response in a nice format.
