Greyed out icons
Has anyone ever had all of their icons greyed out and illegible? I am a newish user to Smarsheet and a couple of days ago, all of my icons turned grey and now I cannot read any of them. When I hover over them, they tell me what they are but I do not have them memorized not to mention that they shouldn't be that way. They look like this across all sheets:
I have reached out to support but have not heard anything other than the ticket response.

I went through and removed a couple of chrome plugins
Oddly it was "FormSwift PDF Editor:Convert, Sign, Edit" I dont really require this anymore.

Strange! I've never seen that before.
Try these troubleshooting steps first.
- Log out / in again
- Try a different browser
- Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
- If possible, check if other users have the same issue
If the steps above don't solve it, and If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal and providing the results of the troubleshooting steps above.

I have just signed up for a new account and i have the exact same issue.
Ive tried login in via incognito mode which resolves the issue. But i don't want to have to log in this way everytime,

Update.
The problem doesn't occur in Safari or in my main browser Chrome if in Incogntio mode.
The obvious next step is to then clear my cache (All time) and restart computer.
However the issue persists.
I can't contact support under the Pro plan unfortunately.

Try deactivating each of your chrome plugins to see if one of them is causing the issue.

@Andrée Starå Sorry for the delay. I received an email from SmarthSheet report and they told me that the engineering department was aware of the problem and working on a solution. In the meantime, I turned off all of my extensions in chrome and it fixed the issue. Furthermore, in MS Edge, it did not occur so it is definitely a Google platform issue.
