Smartsheet report - data cannot be used for sheet. How do I build a master sheet

Hi,
I built a project template that can be copied to be used across different clients. And I then built a report that I can consolidate all clients project status information.
I was going to build a dashboard calculation based on the report, however I can't use any of the data in sheet from a report. How can I consolidate data from different sheet to a master sheet?
