How to resolve black boxes on menu?
A user contacted me about black boxes covering the menu bar at the top. It appears on all sheets, yet her colleagues don't see it. She's updated Chrome yet it persists, and even using different browsers it's still there. Even if she logs out and logs back in the black boxes are still there. Any suggestions?

The Support team is currently investigating other reports they've heard about this same behaviour in Chrome. At this point it seems to potentially be related to what Chrome Extensions you may have.
Another Community member resolved this by removing the "FormSwift PDF Editor:Convert, Sign, Edit" plug in. (Here's the thread, for reference).
Let me know if disabling a certain extension helped!
