Never seen this before, help? Setting a column prop. for something with formatting not showing

Example, checkbox, date, etc. Anything with a formatting to it is not showing. I change the properties and it doesn't show, or I have a sheet with the col. already there, and I add a row and all cells are as if text cells.

I have done this on two different computers, with existing sheets, and new sheets.

Any ideas?

Try these troubleshooting steps first.

• Log out / in again
• Try a different browser
• Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
• If possible, check if other users have the same issue

If the steps above don't solve it, and If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal and providing the results of the troubleshooting steps above.
