Tool bar icons have turned into blocks...?

Hello,

About 2 weeks ago, the icons in the tool bar have turned into blocks, see below. Any thoughts on this? None of my other Chrome pages are doing this.

Thank you for your quick reply. I disabled all the extensions and it fixed the icons. I then enabled all the extension one by one (TRello, lastpass, Google etc.) and found the culprit. It's a PDF editor called Formswift that was causing the issue.

Try disabling your chrome plugins. I helped someone else the other day, and that solved it for them.

I'll share the post or information about what worked for them.

Smartsheet is aware of the issue as well.

Yes, it seems that extension is the issue because I think that was the same for the other user.
