Capability to associate user's manager & to create easier reports

Associate a user's manager with each user at their account level and enable similar functionality to "Current User" whereby a manager can filter by contact columns where they are associated with the contacts.

Manager needs to be able to quickly filter content in sheets and reports to resources (contacts) who report to the manager without requiring complicated lookups built into every sheet.

    Agreed. It would be nice if it was a native feature of Smartsheet.

    I've created a mechanism for this for my company using an "Employee Database" sheet linking Employees to their Managers and cross-sheet references. Happy to share my method.
